How Does Distance Reiki Work?
Distance Reiki is energy healing so it is not bound by the same physical laws we are and is a wonderful tool for healing our spiritual and emotional health- which of course manifests into physical health.
Reiki can help in strengthening/balancing your chakras, as well as helping you to release old traumas that are the root cause of imbalance (anxiety, depression, physical pain etc.) It’s wonderful you’re looking to alternative healing, such as reiki. It really is amazing and certainly changed my own life in such a positive way. Blessings.
What happens after I purchase a session?
Once I have received confirmation of booking, I will reach out to you via email with the calendar link to schedule a time that works for us both.
What can I expect during the session?
We speak or text before I begin the healing. During the distance healing, we are not on the phone as I need to focus my attention on the healing. You will just relax, listen to music or meditate, sit in the sun, take a bath, whatever helps you get into your “zone”. I request you limit screen time and try to be in a space you’ll be uninterrupted. Once the healing is complete, I will text or email you a picture of your personalized grid with instructions to ground as well as any messages received or extra attention to specific chakras during your healing.
My session was interrupted, will it still work?
Yes! Even though it is best to be in a quiet space, sometimes life happens. That is ok, rest assured your healing will still be just as effective. Once you are in a quiet space again, take a moment to tune back into the feeling of peace you felt during our session.
What will I feel during Distance Reiki?
Everyone experiences it differently, it is like receiving a spiritual massage. Some of the more common experiences have been a feeling like they're floating, tingling, hearing messages, feeling a sense of peace and calm, feeling tired, rested, or emotional, while others have reported seeing colored lights. It’s very personal to you and may change for each session as your energy too changes between each session.
What can I expect after receiving Reiki?
Everyone experiences it differently. Some of the more common experiences have been feeling tired, emotional, a renewed sense of purpose in life, an overall feeling of calm, clarity, better sleep, pain relief, allergy relief, an easing of anxiety or depression, and/or happiness and joy. Reiki will continue to work over the few days following a session, remember to be gentle with yourself during this time as you adjust to the shift in energy. You may also look upon your grid while resting to reconnect to the energy in the days following.
How often should I have a Reiki healing?
This is entirely personal to you and your needs. Reiki energy is very gentle, some will notice the shift immediately, while others need a little more time to notice results. Sometimes the difference can be felt physically, emotionally or even spiritually. Healing is done in layers so while your quality of life can improve greatly with a single session, you may notice your points of focus from the healing coming back, that is a great time to have another session. 5-6 sessions is a good start with weekly or biweekly, followed by monthly sessions to maintain optimal wellness.
How does Group Crystal Reiki Work?
This is a wonderful session for those who wish to have a weekly balancing of their chakras at a reduced cost. This is a no contact session that allows many people to receive Reiki healing at once without the time spent on contacting the participants. Your healing will begin at the scheduled time and finish one hour from the start. The same music I use during the session is available for download with attached link in both the checkout and scheduled event to help you align physically to the energy, however is by no means required. You are welcome to listen to feels best for you. Each ticket purchase is valid for a single Sunday session. You will receive the calendar link in the downloads section upon purchase confirmation and may schedule up to 30 minutes before the event begins.
What happens after I book a Tarot or Rune Reading?
Once I have received confirmation of booking, I will reach out to you via email to schedule a time that works for us both. Please let me know your main area of concern to focus on, one at a time is best for clarity. This could be related to Love, Work, Friendship, Partnerships, Loved ones who have crossed over, or any other area of concern. I will pull cards and write up a print out for you to keep for reference. I will then call you for clarity or any questions I have to give you the best reading possible.
Do You Offer Refunds?
No, I do not offer refunds as this is my job and requires my time and energy. There is no way to reverse or take back your healing or my time. Thank you for understanding.
Do You Offer Free Readings or Healings?
My time and energy have value too, just like your doctor or massage therapist. However, I will occasionally offer free healings on my Instagram account @crystalreikihealer .
